The news about triplets was expected in Pavel's family. After long years of infertility and wandering around doctors, his mom got a long-awaited pregnancy with the help of assisted reproductive technologies (IVF). IVF was successful at the first attempt, but the whole pregnancy was a threat: the boy's mom was in hospitals, followed all the recommendations of doctors. In spite of this, the children wanted to be born ahead of schedule. Roma, Dasha and Pasha were born prematurely at the 29th week of pregnancy. Doctors fought for their lives for fourteen days: the children were taught to breathe, eat and keep their body temperature. Two months later they were discharged home with a lot of diagnoses. Due to the treatment, Roma and Dasha learned to walk at the age of one and a half, while Pasha at that age crawled sluggishly on his stomach, did not sit, stand or walk. In 2012, the parents turned to a medical center for help. There was a huge leap in development after rehabilitation - the child learned to crawl on all fours and speak in sentences. This was a big victory. Further courses helped Pavel to acquire more and more motor skills. Following the Ulzibat surgery in 2014, Pasha took his first unsure steps without support. Then there was work on stopping for a long time. The boy could not learn to stop walking on his own. As Pavel grew older, despite regular rehabilitation and home exercises, he developed persistent contractures of all joints of his lower limbs, and the boy underwent a complex orthopedic surgery to lengthen his knee joints and correct the deformity of his right foot. During his 13 years, Pasha underwent a huge number of rehabilitations and two surgeries. Due to regular treatment, he is now able to walk short distances indoors on his own. But he needs help outside: Pasha gets tired very quickly and loses his balance, falling down. Now the boy has started to grow intensively and he needs to continue intensive rehabilitation courses to prevent musculoskeletal deformities. Each course of treatment moves him towards his cherished goal of walking unassisted both on the street and at home. In addition, at home he has everything he needs for home training - exercise machines, balancers, step-platforms. Pasha is a 6th grade student at a school for visually impaired children. He studies in the general education program on 4 and 5, has success in mathematics, participates in school Olympiads and contests. He likes to read about animals, compose different stories, play board games with his brother and sister, collect Legos, show theatrical performances. He wants to be like his brother and sister in everything and strives to keep up with them everywhere. This year in the summer, for example, he mastered riding a three-wheeled scooter. His joy was unbounded! The main dream of Pasha's family is for him to stand firmly on his feet and be able to play outdoor games with his brother and sister, to be able to serve himself and live a full life!
